Where has the time gone!!

Haunted Cruise

OOOOOO... Scary Scary!! Last night we took the kids to the haunted cruise on the Provo river. It was a little cheesy but they had fun and that's all that counts. Sienna and Hallee looked over the edge of the boat while Jackson and Dallen sat on the stairs. Sienna loved all the pumpkins and the lights.

Softball, softball, and more softball

Lately it has felt like we have been living at the softball fields, but it is finally over(whoo hoo)! Softball season started the middle of april and was pretty much non stop until now. Cass played at least 4 games a week. So you can see how excited i am about it being all over with. Sienna in the other hand loved to go to all the games so she could play with her little friends. Her favorite is her cousin Trevyn, she would follow and do everything that he did. It's so cute to see them together. I know that this means that summer is really over!!(eek)

A Day with Grandpa and Gram!!

My poor grandpa has been sick and just recently gotten out of the hospital. The whole fam pitched in and took turns staying with grandpa while he was in the hospital so grandma could have a break. Cass even took a turn one night he was there 12a.m - 7 a.m and then went staight to work he was so tired by the end of the day, but glad to help. That's one thing i love about him, he is always willing to help. Since Grandpa been out and back home we went to visit him. Sienna had so much fun getting into everything at Grandma's.

Potty Training!!

Potty training has officially started at our home. Sienna has been asking alot to go potty so i have been putting her on when she asks and yesterday she DID IT. I must say that was a proud moment. We are hoping that she is serious and is potty trained by the time she is 2. It would be so awesome to not have to change diapers! I know what you all are thinking about her potty chair it's a little much, but i had this lady that cames into work and said that she had the perfect potty chair for Sienna. When i saw it i loved it and had to have it, cass thought I'm crazy but no one will ever have the same one. I will keep you posted on her progress. My sister in law(Kara) and I decided to get Sienna's and Trev's picture done again for my mother-in-laws birthday, we did it last year for her birthday and she loved it. It is a easy gift since she is so hard to buy for. They both weren't smiling t he best and boy were we getting frustrated but we found one that was cute enough. I still must say that they are the cutest kids ever. Happy Birthday Grandma Debbie!!

A fun day swimming

Summer is almost over so we needed to make one last trip to the pool. we had a group of people that would meet and go swimming every tuesday the kids loved it. Sienna loves the water especially the slide she would spend hours going up and down. I alway had to keep a good eye on her, she is one brave girl she would wants to follow the big kids and go in the deep water, the water would be up to her neck and she would keep going. Next year i will have to put her in swim lessons for sure!!

Christie's surprise party!!

Christie is the big 28! Her husband Ben planned a surprise party for her, i was the one to keep her busy while he got everything ready. So i had her come get her hair done and then after we went and got pedicures. When we got to the house she was so surprised. Ben had food, a pinota, and he rented sumo suit. That was a hit for the party everyone had a blast.

Pioneer Day

This is the 5th year that my family has gone camping over the 24th, so now it is a tradition. All of us didn't make it this year but more than half, we went to the camperworld at nebo lake. Last year there was a fire that burned alot of it down but they pretty much have rebuilt it. The day we went up it was quite a trip Christie was still at girls camp and Matt(brei's husband) was in Texas so they were not coming until the next day. Brei was scaried to drive her camper up so cass drive it, we all piled up in her car and Ben(christies husband) and his kids piled in his car he did a great job packing and getting his three kids ready by himself. Cass and I decided to rent a little cabin that had a double and a bunk bed, it was plenty of room for the three of us and also cool since it has been so hot. We went swimming everyday and fishing, the boys of course went down the canyon and went golfing. The kids had a blast running and playing, they were sure dirty by the time we got home. The weekend was so much fun i can't wait to go again.

Farewell Elder and Sister Baldwin

July 18th the morning of the big day when my parent went on there mission to Canada. They will be serving for 23 months, so they will be missed greatly. I admit i have mixed feeling about this whole thing i know that they are needed in Canada but i guess i'm alittle selffish i don't like to share but i will have to get over it. Brei maded all of the signs that the grandkids held up before they were leaving, each grandkid had a red or white ballon(for the colors of the Canada flag) that they let off when they drive off, to help them find there way to Canada. We love you mom and Dad and already miss you!!! ( i know it will be a fast 2 years.) Carl and Janine about to leave to Canada.

Strawberry Camping Trip

Strawberry was such a fun trip we did alot of fishing and just hanging out. We went with some of my family and friends. Since alot of them are from the south we had to craw fishing, we caught a huge bucket full and then we boiled them to eat.(they are kinda sick to eat cause we had to pull them apart) but sienna loved to look at them we had to keep a good eye on her cause she wanted to pick them up. It was also my birthday so cassidy had arranged someone to bring up a cake(it was a princess one since i am a princess)! One of the day we rented a Pontoon boat, we were on the boat all day so by the time we got off we had a little motion sickness but it was worth it. Sienna wanted to get in the water so bad so me and her jumped in for a few min's and boy was it cold.
